What to do if my email signature doesn't look as expected?

If your signature doesn’t look the way you’ve expected, try the following solutions:

  1. Update your browser to its most recent version, and then try to create your signature again.
  2. Try to create your signature using a different web browser (in its up-to-date version).
  3. Try to copy your signature’s source code (HTML) and paste that into your email client/service, as detailed above. You’ll need to follow the instructions that apply to your specific email client.

For best results it’s recommended that you use either a Left-to-Right language in a Left-to-Right template or a Right-to-Left language in a Right-to-Left template, but not a mix. Using a Left-to-Right language in a Right-to-Left template (or vice versa) may compromise formatting. In addition, mixing Left-to-Right and Right-to-Left languages in the same signature is not recommended.
